The Sixers Heroes Among Us awards people in the Greater Philadelphia area who have made exceptional and overwhelming contributions to better the lives of children in the community. Most recently, Dr. Cerullo received an Anti-Bullying Citation Award from the Camden City Council and a Citation for Outstanding Service from the PA House of Representatives in May 2018 as well as the Goodwill Global Humanitarian Award in late summer 2018.
